For the last eight years Christopher has been performing his Eyecons show, a tribute to the Great Ladies of the twentieth century of show business, at the newly renovated Crystal Room at La Te Da in Key West, Florida. In 2008, he appeared in The Waterfront Playhouse production of BitchSlap! about the feud between Bette Davis (Christopher) and Joan Crawford (Randy Roberts) during the making of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane, refereed by Hedda Hopper (Vanessa McCaffrey).  As a soloist in 2003 with the Key West Pops Orchestra under the baton of Vincent Zito and in the spring of that year, he was part of a tribute to Jerry Herman for the Palm Springs Museum in the role of Zsa Zsa from the musical La Cage Aux Folles co-starring with Peter Marshall.  In 2004, he appeared in the off-Broadway mega hit Howard Crabtree’s Whoop Dee Doo! as Nancy Reagan, with a show stopping Judy Garland at the Waterfront Playhouse. In June, he was part of “Stage for AIDS” at the National Arts Center in Ottawa, Canada, opening as Catherine Zeta Jones from Chicago. For four summers, he returned to The Atlantic Sands Hotel in Rehoboth Beach; and in 2009 at the New Rehoboth Beach Theatre of the Arts in a dance production EYECONS Las Vegas or Bust, and did several concerts including the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center in New York State for three consecutive years and the show headlined at the Sands Casino in Atlantic City, MGM Grand and Flamingo in Las Vegas.  Peterson landed a role in the motion picture comedy Rat Race directed by Jerry Zucker and distributed by Paramount.  In the film, Christopher does a stint as Lucille Ball, along side Cuba Gooding Jr.  In 1995, Christopher was under the direction of Derek Goldby in the production Poor Superman, which opened at The Manitoba Theatre Centre and then ran 20 weeks at Canadian Stage in Toronto. Peterson received a Doa Award (Canadian Tonys) for Best Performance for his role. Christopher developed his one man, many women extravaganza titled EYECONS during a two-year stint with the Canadian touring show The Impostors. The result was another nomination for a Dora Award for best male in a musical review and best musical/review of 96/97.
