This outrageous comic melodrama from Charles Busch evokes the movie thrillers from the early 60’s that featured cinematic icons like Bette Davis, Joan Crawford and Lana Turner. A faded pop singer tries to escape her corrosive marriage and find happiness with a younger lover.
